Well it's another day, and here I am in Cheyenne, Wyoming in a nice site among trees and alongside a creek. Wow, there are some great places to see in this great country. It's hard to believe, but I've already traveled about 3000 miles since March.
We got quite the send-off from Gillette, Wyoming with a fireworks show the night before we pulled out. I'm quite sure the spectacular show was just for me. I wasn't scared at all. I sat watching the lights and listening to the pops and booms from behind the screen door, and even when my people walked away to get a closer view, I stayed right by the door. I didn't want to miss a thing! We were parked only a few rows from where the fireworks were launched.
I wonder if they'll give a light and noise show in my honor when we leave Cheyenne?
